Credit card information is taken by a trusted agent on an independent Web site. The strongest encryption security is used by them to protect your transaction. Your information is not shared by them except to verify that the information you provide is correct. Read their privacy policy when you are on their Web site for their terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Reservation and Cancellation Information: Muir Trail Ranch will accept your payment by cash, check, money order or credit card when you make a reservation. Due to our remote location and difficulty with communication, reservations are non-refundable. We have a NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION policy. Please be sure of your dates and ability to arrive before placing a reservation. Muir Trail Ranch is not responsible for acts of man or nature resulting in your inability to honor your reservation. Contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel.

For backpacker resupply customers: Muir Trail Ranch will accept your resupply package and store it for you until you pick it up. Before any action can be taken regarding the package, such as your arrival at the ranch to pick it up, your giving another person or persons permission to accept the package for you, or having the package returned to you, the resupply fee must be paid. This fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. Nor is the fee to be applied to the charge, if any, for returning your package.
